Special Care Nursery
Both The High Risk Nursery and Special Care Nursery at The Medical Center are equipped to provide an advanced level of treatment to meet your baby’s special needs.
They’re staffed by specially trained healthcare professionals who provide high quality care and treatment to your baby. Our staff knows they have a very special job to do in caring for your baby. They also care about you as parents and share your concern about your baby’s condition. Our goal is to give your baby the best possible outcome.
The 12-bassinet Special Care Nursery provides care for those infants who don’t require the more complex care of the High Risk Nursery.
The High Risk Nursery, sometimes referred to as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or NICU, consists of 28 bassinets.
