Healthcare Scholarships

Deserving adults pursuing careers in healthcare have the opportunity to receive scholarships through Columbus Regional Auxiliary. Applications are accepted from January 15 to May 1. Students entering nursing or pre-nursing programs are not eligible. 

1. Mary Ann Pease Scholarship, named in honor of the former director of Volunteer Services at The Medical Center for her more than 20 years of commitment and devotion.

Located in the West Georgia city of Columbus, Columbus Regional was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit health services organization, but its roots can be traced back to 1836 when the local hospital was a small wooden building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River.
