The Sleep Disorders Center at The Medical Center evaluates and treats patients of all ages with problems relating to sleep, including:

  • Heavy snoring
  • Sleep apnea
  • Restless leg syndrome
  • Narcolepsy
  • Other sleep-wake cycle disturbances

Sleep Study
Sleep assessments are provided with physician referral only. If a sleep disorder is suspected, a sleep study can be ordered which involves an overnight stay in a comfortable outpatient room.

Treatment
Depending on the sleep disorder that is diagnosed, treatment may include surgery, medical devices, behavior modification or medication.
