Guest Relations


Midtown Medical Center's Guest Relations staff is here to assist you. We’ll provide you with directories, wheelchair transportation, information on the location of patients and answers to any of your questions about Midtown Medical Center's services.

While you are a guest at Midtown Medical Center and if you should observe something that requires our attention, or if you need assistance in resolving any issue, please call our Guest Relations Department at (706) 660-2962. Patient information can be obtained by calling 706-571-1100

Overnight Accommodations

Midtown Medical Center provides a folding bed service for overnight visitors of patients in private rooms. (Visitors may not spend the night in semi-private rooms.) This service is free to all patients and is based on space availability. If your physician or charge nurse approves the stay, your nurse will secure the bed for you. Fresh linens are provided.

Ronald McDonald House of West Georgia

Ronald McDonald House of West Georgia is a home-away-from-home for families of sick or injured children receiving treatment at Midtown Medical Center. The house is located at the intersection of 20th Street and Hamilton Road just two blocks north of our campus.

Families staying at Ronald McDonald House are asked to pay a minimum fee for each night's lodging. The fee is waived for families that cannot afford to pay. Families who are eligible to stay at Ronald McDonald House must be referred by our Social Services department.

As the region's leading provider of healthcare, Columbus Regional Health has touched the lives of most of the children and adults in this region through its comprehensive network of services. Located in the West Georgia city of Columbus, Columbus Regional was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit health services organization, but its roots can be traced back to 1836 when the local hospital was a small wooden building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River.
