Christopher Johnson, M.D., received his bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina and his Medical degree from University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, S. Car. He completed his residency and internship in orthopedic surgery at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Ga. |

John McGuigan, M.D., received his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Penn. His internship and residency were completed in the department of orthopedic surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Wash.
