Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon

The Columbus Regional Medical Foundation hosts the Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon each year in October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  This annual event draws 1000 men and women from the community and raises money for the Women’s Breast Cancer Support Fund.  The Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon Committee strives to inspire, entertain and educate as we further the cause of early detection and treatment of breast cancer. Guests can look forward to an inspirational story of a local survivor and a speaker that will surely entertain and inspire.

 The Women’s Breast Cancer Support Fund benefits women through the West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition  Many working women have insurance policies with very high deductibles and limited coverage.  This program is designed to help women with a suspected Breast Cancer diagnosis receive the timely care they need.
