 For questions or concerns regarding your account or to make a payment by telephone, the Account Service Center can be reached at 706-571-1300.

Located at 700 Center Street in Suite 403 of the Professional Tower adjacent to The Medical Center, the Account Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Walk-in visits are welcome, and no appointments are necessary.

Located in the West Georgia city of Columbus, Columbus Regional was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit health services organization, but its roots can be traced back to 1836 when the local hospital was a small wooden building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River.
