While a patient at a Columbus Regional facility, you have the right to privacy regarding information necessary for your medical care and regarding the privacy of your body. You have the right to expect aYour Privacyll communications and records pertaining to your care to be treated as confidential and you have the right to access your medical records.  You also have the right to request privacy status which means no information about your presence in the hospital will be provided to anyone.

Located in the West Georgia city of Columbus, Columbus Regional was established in 1986 as a not-for-profit health services organization, but its roots can be traced back to 1836 when the local hospital was a small wooden building on the banks of the Chattahoochee River.
