The primary focus of the Financial Resource Specialists in the Outpatient Screening office is to determine eligibility for the Muscogee County Medicaid Assistance Program (MCMAP) and the Indigent Care Trust (ICT) program. They also provide information and guidance on various federal, state, local, and hospital financial assistance programs.
