I would like for you to have a copy of my resume. Can I submit it without filling out the online application?
In order for us to efficiently manage applicants and ensure that each is reviewed promptly, we need each applicant to submit an on-line application. Upon completion of your application you will have the option to attach your resume to your application. Your resume will then be included with your on-line application.
What if I want to work at the Columbus Regional but don't see an open position that interests me?
You can complete an application indicating your area of interest. When a position becomes available that matches your interest, we will be able to review your application first.
How will I know the status of my application?
When you complete the online information you will receive an automated response letting you know the application has been received. Upon review of your application, if you are deemed as one of our qualified applicants, a recruiter will contact you either by e-mail, phone or mail. The recruiter will inform you of the status of your application and let you know if we plan to schedule an interview.
How can I find out the pay for a position?
Our compensation structure is based on your experience and will be discussed by the recruiter handling the position during the interview. Our salaries are very competitive in the market.
How can I find the closing date for a position?
We work to fill positions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Internal candidates do have the first opportunity to apply, but we will continue to interview and accept applications throughout the process. Positions remain on our Career Opportunities list until an offer has been made and accepted.
How long do you keep an application on file?
Online applications are considered active in our system for a period of 90 days.
