Please follow the instructions below to first access the hospital’s secure Virtual Private Network (VPN). Once you have successfully connected to VPN, you will find another link named EIC to access your personal Employee Information. Access EIC by following the instructions below to first access the hospital’s secure VPN.

Secure VPN Instructions (Employee)

1. Click the down arrow next to PHYSICIAN ACCESS
2. Click on EMPLOYEE ACCESS
3. Click on NEXT
4. Enter your network username & password & click on LOG IN (Note: For Hughston and Doctors Hospital Employees this will be your EIC username & Password.)
5. Click on EIC
6. Click on OK
7. Enter your network username & password & click on OK

NOTE: The first time you connect, you will be prompted to install the Aventail Access Manager. You must have Administrative privileges to do so.

NOTE: Please look for a beige tool bar at the top of the main body in Internet Explorer while installing Aventail. The new versions of Internet Explorer use this to heighten security. Please click on the bar & run the ActiveX Control. It may do this several times.
